Quality Engineer McNally Industries, LLC is an AS9100 certified supplier of machined components and assemblies to the Department of Defense. As an employee of McNally you will provide direct support to the men and women of our military. Currently we are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Quality Engineer capable of establishing, implement ing and maintaining QMS processes in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This position requires a detail oriented candidate with experience over a range of activities including customer support, supplier quality, AS9100 compliance, auditing and shop floor inspection processes. This candidate should have 7-10 years of experience with a Quality Assurance background demonstrating knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and procedures including ISO and AS9100 Quality Systems. Additionally the right candidate will have: Excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail. Knowledge of Government Contracting requirements. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups. The ability to manage multiple tasks with very little supervision Ability to analyze data, set goals, determine and implement strategies. Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and procedures.
