Liquor Operations Manager The City of Hinckley is looking for one (1) motived, energetic individual to work as a Liquor Operations Manager Under general supervision of the City Administrator the Liquor Op- erations Manager is responsible to organize, develop, plan, coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of the liquor store. Provide a controlled retail service to the community at a profit; provide de- velopment of retail objectives and merchandising. Prepare an annual budget for the store. Supervision Exercised: Supervises Assistant Liquor Store Manager, Retail Clerk/Bartenders and Custodian. Minimum Qualifications: Two year degree in business adminis- tration, marketing, merchandise retailing or related field. Four years responsible progressive experience in a retail liquor operation (Munic- ipal preferred). Previous supervisory experience. Conditions of Employment: Must possess valid driver's license or the ability to obtain within thirty (30) days of employment. Must satisfactorily pass a criminal background examination. Must comply with organizational and departmental policies Starting Salary: Starting range is $ 55,000 to $ 68,000 per year, plus excellent benefits including: paid holidays, paid vacation and sick leave, retirement, and life insurance.
