ECRAC OPEN HOUSE & 10 year ACHF Celebration! Please join us as we celebrate the new East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) Office and Gallery in Hinckley! We are also honoring the 10 year anniversary of the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Legacy Fund (ACHF)! Where: ECRAC, 109 Weber Ave S, Hinckley, MN When: Saturday, September 28, 2019 2 pm to 4 pm On display will be the artwork in ECRAC's permanent collection. A presentation will be made at 3:30 pm honoring those artists, and the impact of the ACHF grantees. There is no charge to attend this event. ECRAC moved to Hinckley and is in"Tobies Mill".
