Responsible for adherence to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements. Evaluates operational progress through regular reporting of expenditures to the Executive Director and funding sources. Supervises all Department personnel. The Fiscal Controller must ensure all applicable laws, regulations and performance standards as prescribed by Federal and State regulations are followed within Agency policies and procedures. Applicant must have a minimum of three years proven administrative experience in a supervisory capacity, as well as experience and/ or demonstrate knowledge of non-profit accounting practices. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, public administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
