The Pine Area Lions club started as a Lioness Club on March 14, 1983 at a meeting open to the public. On September 17, 1992, we became a Lions Club.
Over the last 100 years, the kindness of Lions and Leos has multiplied across borders, oceans, and continents. With over 1.4 million members, we now have an opportunity to truly change our world.
Our Mission: To empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding through Lions clubs.
Our Vision: To be the global leader in community and humanitarian service.
