Summer Youth Camps at ACNW Connecting Kids to Nature Attending summer camp can be one of the most unforgettable and transformative experiences in a child's life. At camp, kids get to be creative; learn how to work together; overcome challenges that build confidence, courage, and resilience; and most of all, have fun in a supportive atmosphere. All camps are different. Our summer camps have a focus on wildlife, nature, challenge, and outdoor skills. By providing the opportunity to 'unplug' and connect with nature, they also enrich a child's perception of the world and appreciation of the natural world. All of our youth camps are overnight/residential-5 nights/6 days. Campers will be lodged in dorm-style rooms. Arrival is at 3:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday and pick-up is at 1:00 p.m. Friday.
